This year we are revisiting our lovely Cherry Blossom Workshop last held at Mitton Manor in 2019... so much has happened since (mainly Covid, global warming and now the Ukraine) but on a personal note we've also had another granddaughter so it's not all bad... in fact Rowan Sage is very good news.
When you paint I think it helps you to see the world as it is and I know there is a lot going on but these lovely Cherry Blossoms which will be blooming just after this workshop are the things that make the world seem right. So as Spring is just around the corner I'm looking forward to painting these again.
And for those of you who've already done this Workshop I'm developing a Wisteria version, try turning the paintings upside down and use a little more purple (not quite as simple as that) but essentially 'Voila' a Wisteria!!
